Sarah has been with Carolina Senior Marketing since the summer of 2022. Originally from Clemmons, NC, Sarah graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2017 (Go Heels!) with a double major in Sports Administration and Political Science. She lives in Durham with her corgi pup, Quincy! When she’s off the clock she loves volunteering, going to concerts, planning her next trip, and trying new restaurants.

Which unconventional animal do you wish you could have as a pet?
A capybara or a wombat. They look so cute!

If you started a business, what would it be?
A combined coffee, flower, and bagel shop that’s in a walkable neighborhood where it’s part of the community’s Saturday routine to stop by.

If you could live in a different country for a year, which country would you choose?
Germany so I could put my 7 years of learning the language to good use.

If you could make an office rule that everyone had to follow for a day, what would it be?
I’d take it back to the preschool days where you have a dedicated 30-minute nap time.

Tacos because there are a ton of variations and they just never get old.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever gotten at work?
Progress over perfection. Small, intentional, and daily steps will bring you to your goal. Don’t let the idea of failing keep you from moving forward.
