We are in the process of moving to Integrity’s Connect platform. As we work on these changes, we are pausing adding any new information to your carrier appointment pages. With that said, new agents will not have an active portal unless you are in the WTM program. Thank you for your understanding; more information will be coming soon!
You can use one of two options for your CSM Agent Portal username:
- Your (legal – as it appears in our records) first and last name, lowercase, no spaces (i.e. John Doe’s username would be johndoe).
- Your business email. If you would like to change the email that is used as your username, please submit a request to this form.
*These credentials are different from those you use for other enrolling and quoting platforms.
If you have received an email with your portal information confirming that you have one created, tried all the options above, and double checked your spelling, please email [email protected] or submit a support ticket to check your login information.
